OAA AOPA ORBAA Regional Airport Event @LUK

Dear Elected Officials as well as Business and Community Leaders,

You are cordially invited to join the Ohio Aviation Association (OAA), the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), and the Ohio Regional Business Aviation Association (ORBAA) for a briefing on aviation issues of importance to airports, businesses, and pilots.  The details of the event are below, but space is limited. 

When:   Thursday, April 24, 2025 (9:30a.m.-1p.m.)

Where: Lunken Field/Cincinnati Municipal Airport (LUK)

Cincinnati OH 45202                     

Parking is available directly outside of the building.

The agenda for joint OAA/AOPA/ORBAA issue briefing will be:

• 9:30a.m-11:30a.m. – Legislative Briefing
• Welcome and Introductions
• Brief overview of AOPA, OAA and ORBAA (background, members, key issues)
• 1) Key priorities for the associations in the 135^th General Assembly
• 2) SW Ohio airport presentations (each airport has 7-10 mins and 4 slides each)
• 3) General topics of discussion related to aviation (Q & A)

• 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Lunch and discussions with individual airports in SW Ohio area
• ·1-2p.m. – Tour of Sporty’s Facilities and overview of operations
